Hey Ladies!

I am going to do a new set of extensions this weekend and have a question regarding cutting them.

I would like my hair to have a little more then just one even straight length.  I would like there to be layers.

I have tried the razoring method and wasn't overly thrilled with it.  Does anyone know of any websites or can you yourself give me instructions on how to cut my new extension hair into layers?  I keep seem to find help anywhere else on the internet!

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

My neighbor hairdressor suggested brushing small pieces of the hair straight up and with a very sharp pair of scissors, cutting at a sharp upward angle starting from your shortest top layer up and out to the longest bottom layer.

I haven't tried it, but it sounded like it would work.

How Monsterita described cutting layers into extension hair is how I had mine done.  I'm fairly happy with the cut---just not the extensions.
