To make a video clip a gif, imma find da program fo ya fab.

 First off, you need to download a gif animator. I and most people use Ulead GIF Animator. Get it here. To get the full version get the serial or d/l it on a P2P program.

2. After u have downloaded the videos u want to make a GIF from, Open Ulead GIF Animator, and a window should pop up. Click 'Open an existing video file'.

3. Go to the location of the file and highlight it.

4. After it is highlighted, click 'Duration' on the right.

5. There select the part of the video u want to make a gif from, put it in the 'Mark In' and 'Mark Out' boxes, and click ok.

6. Then click open and the clip should be loading.

7. After that, u can resize it by going to Edit at the top, and clicking resize. (a good size is 150x150)

8. You can also add text, reverse the order of the clip and etc.

Most people know so this is for those that don't. Gif me props *****es. If u got any further questions ask here. ohmy.gif
