i'd get it cut pretty short, just to wear you have curls on top *sounds goffy, but looks hot* then close cut the sides and back..then i'd brighten it with highlights in bright blonde...after that i'd take hair gel, evenly coat it over my hands, then perk up those curls! it would look so totally hot
