Because relaxers usually straightens with a texturizers is like a curl enhancer as well as perms.... Now it could be that your hair is either overprocessed or underprocessed. But you can try to use S-curl activator or something of that sort but I wouldnt put anymore chemicals until a professional consults your hair.... but thats just my opinion LOL.
