Just...write what your opinion...I would appreciate it.  Sorry if it's kinda long...

My hair is like........psh.  It's super curly (Shakira-ish), super dry, and super damaged...(Well...it looks damaged when I iron it...and I have the Sedu...when it's curly and blow-dryed it looks fine)  I have so much problems getting the color I want.

I had a series of nice colors...Then I dyed it "burgandy" and got "blonde highlights on top"...it came out blood red...and with the highlights it looked almost orange...Yeah...I was pissed.

Since then I've been dying it browner, browner...until I got pisseder and went dark brown...

This Thursday...I got "dark blonde and light brown highlights together in different sizes...my base"...The highlights were orange...I looked like a tiger.

SO...I dyed it dark ash blonde...and the highlights are still a bit orange-ish...but they look hokay...

HOKAY!...SO! I want to grow my hair down to almost my waist...(My hair grows disgustingly fast...like I cut three inches off last month...and it's almost at the same length)...Then I want to go Shakira blonde...

I can't tell if Shakira has highlights or if she's just...straight bleached...

I don't know if I should do it slowly, or just bleach it after it gets to the length I want...but I don't want that brassy, orange color...-shudders-

Careful, especially if your hair is already dry and damaged.  You could end up really frying it, and have to grow it all over from square one!

It sounds to me like your hair doesn't seem to be taking in colour very well because it's so damaged.  The shaft of your hair has been blown open because of all the dying, and as a result the dye isn't staying in.

If I were you, I'd leave get my hair a bearable colour and LEAVE IT ALONE for a while.  It needs protein and moisture back in there, try deep conditioning and protein treatments to make your hair more managable and in better condition.
