OK i really really need help here. I have my hair down to my chest and I want to let it grow, but my hair, especially the layers close to my face, keep breaking off! I dont know what to do I have all different hair lenghts now and the worst is that all my short hairs in the front are still breaking off shorter and shorter. I cannot explain this, I dont treat my hair badly, I dont dye it, I dont overwash, overheat, i dont even brush it! anyone help me, what vitamins would be good for me to take, not hair vitamins specifically Im tired of paying and paying so much, anyone can help me write me at psychopomp33@hotmail.com

What I have been taking is Country life Biotin 5 mg it has helped my hair become less brittle, also it does make your hair grow faster. A B-complex is excellent with a large amount of biotin. You can get a really good B-complex at Walmart, and also you can get the biotin at Vitacost.com
