Is it possible to dye my hair (about level 7) to level 10 blonde without bleaching it?

Yes, if you want a brassy blonde, in fact I recommend using a highlift.  Clairol and L'Oreal both have them.  However, if you want a nice pale Jessica Simpson blonde, then 20 vol. with an on the scalp bleach should get you there rather easily though and then you can pick a nice toner.

Strand test prior to deciding to do the entire head.

Good luck

NO!!!! Call if lightener, call it anything but bleach...but the active ingredient is bleach that lightens all haircolor. Some stylists like to sugar coat it and say "OK I'm going to put this lightener in your hair"......so you don't jump outta the chair and FREAK OUT but it's BLEACH!

HighLift Series Hair color is Lift & Deposit all in one....the Lifting action is caused by bleach!

BLEACH! BLEACH!! BLEACH!!!

Going from a Level 7 - 10 is 3 levels. Is your hair previously colored? What is your natural haircolor level? If you've previously colored your hair what color did you use? Did you have any type of reaction to the color you used in your hair?
