I haven't gotten a response when I asked on the Shrinkies.net website in regards to the Elite Remy.  Is it all Indian or Indian Asian blend?

I know the dream curl says it's Indian, but the regular Elite doesn't say.  Also, where the fusion tips are listed, it says they are "highest quality supreme blend  of asian and indian remy", but says nothing in regards to the stick tips or microbond wefts.

I'm wearing Lush now and it's too coarse and dry, so I wanted to go with Elite for my next install, but if it's got Asian hair in it, I'm concerned that it will also be too coarse to really blend well with my fine hair.

Can someone clear up my confusion?  Thanks!

Debunking hair information is a constant battle for me. I am still currently exchanging at least 2 emails a week with this supplier holding them to the fire on what's what.

Here is what I know as of this morning per the supplier:

EZ-Tips and the 4oz weft hair are Indian Remy
ALL micro-bond weft hair is Indian Remy
EZ-Fusion is a blend of Asian and Indian Remy

NONE of the hair offered is 100% virgin. Oh, they said the weft hair was but after receiving 20lbs of hair, I noticed all of it was identical. NO raw virgin hair looks like cookie cutter carbon copies in 20lb batches. It goes through a (and I'm quoting the supplier) "conditioning treatment where no chemicals are used" but they still labeled it as virgin. This, to me, is not virgin. If anything is altered from the natural state of the hair, it is not virgin, imo.

After weeks of pressure from me, yesterday morning they have restructured their claim on the 4oz weft hair (which is the hair at the bottom of the site).

All information is subject to change should my testing, or others testing dispute the claims of the suppliers. As of today, this is the most current (and what I feel, factual) info on this line.

Amm, I find it very reassurring and ethical that you honestly convey what you are being told, and that you are doing your best to push for complete disclosure on what you are selling.  I am currently in some negotiations myself with suppliers regarding Indian remy and I know it is easy to get the run-around.  I think as long as you keep your customers informed as soon as you are aware of information, that is all you can do.  Your reputation and integrity is top-notch!
