I was using this stuff faithfully although it did not help with breakage or spilt ends...till I found these websites and learned that was what was holding me back from acheiving long and healthly hair. If you look at my hair album from Oct when I stopped using it to now I feel like the texture of my hair has improved and I gained some length too. Just my two cents!
