Oh Moffpoff, what happened to you is really horrible and sad. I'm glad
you're pressing charges. We at the Extensions Forum all adore you so
much -- I wouldn't be surprised if a whole boat-load of American women
shows up on your doorstep soon to beat the crap out of the jerk!

As far as the bald patches (poor Moff!) maybe those products we've been
discussing would help. Check out Couvre, Fullmore and Toppix at
www.thickerhair.com.

ooh i'm so sorry you went through that! good for you for pressing charges, good for you for getting angry!

are the spots on the side so that you could let some longer hair fall over them and cover that way? the protac is supposed to work on bare scalp also..so maybe some protac wefts?

Moff....Yes hair pulling is straight B!TCH $hit!!!!!  I do not condone violence but that douche needs a swift jab or two, followed by a hook and an upercut....then to add insult to injury throw him in a choke hold and once on the ground(if not already from the earlier 1-2-3-4 combo) follow with humping gestures from behind! Great bruise to the ego!!  But again...I DO NOT condone violence

Just remember Karma's a beotch so they say!

Will Pro tac work in those spots?

Oh no- you poor thing! I'm so sorry to hear this. Where are your spots at? One the top of you head? I had one client with a similar situation except she got in a fight with out extensions and then came to me to have some hair put in an cover up her spots. She had spots on the crown of her head and then in the middle-back area of her head. I installed her extensions the best I could working around the damage. I didn't recommend putting any on top of her head although she wanted me to. Instead I had her change her part from the right side of her head to the left because most of her damage was on the right. She ended up figuring how to part and style it half up with clips so it didn't show. Her following appointment was great. She had about 4 months of growth so I could adding more hair and the spots were filling in nicely.

Thank you so much for your love and support...<3<3

Rigth now im listening to Josh Groban- You raise me up* Reminds me of you guys and girls<3 This board is such an ispiration.

The spots are in temptle higth..... its sad cause i naturally have soo fine thin hair that this does not help much to the cause....:(  I dyed it black for a while ago,...so the contrast between the hair and the scalp is big!:(   So when it heals up im thinking of just going ligther.

Thank the hairgods that i order protac earlier this year...so it is SAFE to use on the scalp?

Im going to press charges tomorrow...

* I have this urge to give his car a beating with my keys, and sett fire to his jacket:P* buttehm no

Heyy

Firstly sorry this happened to you! Although i dont see any relation to being gay and being feminine at all!

You could try doing what amanda did on a balding clients hair, cutting srhinkies into tiny sections and adding tiny pretips over the hairs that are still there :)

That is absolutely one of worst things to happen to someone...I'm very sorry that he did that to you....I have a brother who is gay and I love him and his boyfriend dearly... and if anyone ever laid a hand on either one of them....GOD help that homophobic..... they need to get over themselves!!!  I hate those type of men.

Well.... just know that I am out there setting those mailto:a@#$$holes - a@#$$holes straight when they make negative comments about different lifestyles..... my husband sometimes has to tell me to take it easy on them sometimes when I am making my point! Sorry for them.... just not a good idea to speak ill of my brothers or anyones elses lifestyle when I'm around!!

Press charges on that creap and make an example out of him... otherwise he will think he can do that again to someone else and get  away with it.

Thanks,
JeepGirl

Current install-Bohyme Bodywave #30 and #14 in the straight hair/ they didn't have the #14 in bodywave, so I mixed them...works great!

I'm so sorry this happened to you :(
I'm not gay, but I've been physically attacked a couple of times for the way
that I look, and verbally attacked... oh i don't know, every day? And it's
tough, but what goes around really does come around. He will get whats
coming to him, and in this case you can help give it to him by pressing
charges! Good for you!!

Moff, god dammit. I hurts me to hear your story .
Thank god you are such a *bitch*  and fight him back.

Dooon´t do anything back to him now, just wait and let the court take him  .

I HATE those people who are so small and narrowminded that they use violence, and use it on people beacuse of ones sexuality.

Keep your head high moff, we are behind you .

Moff,  hope you get some kind of justice.

Dunebug, may those who harass you get the same in return via karma.

I have 2 teenage sons myself (14 & 17) and believe me, it is a daily struggle to teach them to be open minded and to bea aware of and respect differences between people.  There are so many things that can influence them negatively.  Up until they got to high school they were so open sensative and non-judging.  Now I spend so much time trying to reverse some of the screwed up thinking and talk they bring home (even the 14 year old and he has been harassed most of his life for acting "too femine")!  They at least are respectful of people in public, but some of their discussions in the home bother me.

At least these days there are some laws that can help with crimes committed because of hate and bigotry.  Unfortunately, other more subtle and not so subtle discrimination continues to hurt so many...

Oh Sartyr bless you!<3 it`s so nice to hear when parents are active in their childs life:):) Take care of your children and be a active listner(something i wished my parents where)

The early teenage years are the worst when it comes to thoes things..., you struggle to find your place in socity.

Like I, from i was like 12 til i was 15 i was out partying and drinking almost every weekend, experimenting a bit with drugs...

Most of my friends from that time now are in Child Services homes, because theire parents could not handle them anymore....O.o My parents did not give up on me , and "helped" me, *denied* from seeing my old friends any more...so i grew up:)

My point is try to direct your child in positive direction , and encurage them to find theire real authentic self, also see what talents they have and encurage to evolve that:)

*Oh dear, Moffpoff has seen WAAAY to much Dr-Phil latly!*

moffpoff, I am sorry to hear of what happened to you.   You're right that ignorance starts in the family.  When my daughter was about 4 years old, we were watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and she saw Tara and Willow kiss.  She asked me why the two girls were kissing and I just said, "Because they love each other."  She just said, "Oh.  Ok."

Dunebug, I think your look is awesome.  Wouldn't the world be boring if we all looked the same?

Hey Moff- keep your head up and you keep on doing what you do and being who you be and never let anyone tell you different.  You and your boy have a FABULOUS time and try to put that creep and that whole thing behind you...I have a suggestion- what about a cute hat?  It is that time of year (dunno if it is where you are) and I bet you would look cute as hell in a little knit hat or a bandanna or even just a baseball hat..at least you would give your head a rest for a while..best of luck, and keep on being you.

i know that i dont post very often, but.....
as a gay guy myself let me just say that this really scares me. for someone to do this to our sweet loving moff, is very scary. maybe its just me, but i dont understand how someone can be so closed minded. we all love you here sweety. im glad youre not letting this affect you too negatively. you and the boi go have a good time, and get yourself some new hair and a cute little hat. im sure youll look cute as hell!

I'm sad people still act like that nowadays. It seems like even after all the progress made, theres still alot that needs to change. Its nice to know you have many friends who are supporting you.I hope you get some kind of justice.

And I think its great that there are people out there taking time to really raise their kids.Too many kids seem to raise themselves anymore. And without the guidance they need, they could end up down some dangerous roads.

Sorry to hear about your fight. Violence never solves anything. How did you know the guy was homophobic? Did you know him? Did he just come whaling on you for no reason? Was there verbal exchange first? Did he start it? The lawyers will be asking those questions to see if you have a case against him. Be aware of retribution. Possible counter sue.

Say what you mean. Mean what you say. But don't say it mean!

Good luck, I hope you weren't hurt bad.
