Hey! I was just wondering if anywas was a fan of kelly osbourne- or her hair? Im a huge fan of hers-many will probably disagree but i love her new hair. Shes opted for extensions on her newly cut and dyed blonde hair- i love it!

I didn't particularly like Kelly's hair at the Brits. It kind of made her look old and washed out. I like the photo you've posted, though.
