If you know when your Prom is in 2001 believe it or not, this is not too early to start planning. If you want your hair to be a bit longer remember that it takes about 1 month for the average head of hair to grow 1/2 inch. If your Prom is in June and you take care of your hair between now and then you can plan to add from 3 to 4 inches of hair to your head.
