Sure, with enough chemicals anything is possible. I wouldn't call
that photo white blonde though, more like light golden blonde. If
by listing all those colors you mean that your hair is not one color,
but has different shades in it (from highlights or previous dye), I
would go to a pro to get it done to make sure you're hair gets done
