I have bleached blonde hair, so the bleach has caused my hair to dry out a lot.  The dry Arizona air doesn't help much either.  I use a leave in conditioner and biosilk serum on the ends, but it still seems so dry.  What should I use to combat the dryness?

Wash it only once a week and try to avoid curling irons.  Make sure the conditioner that you are using doesn't contain trying agents.

Rebekah, this may sound like a stupid question, but if I take a shower do I need to put a cap on my hair or is it ok for it to get wet (if I only wash it once a week)?

Also, are there any products (conditioner, etc) that anyone can suggest??

Intensive conditioners work wonders for dry hair.  I use Fudge Dynamite (coconut scent) and Osmo Intensive Deep Repair Mask (nutty vanilla-y scent).  They really are a treat for your hair.

I have to wash mine daily. I toss and turn so much that my hair's a mess! Also, I have a fairly oily scalp.

I use Loreal Nature's Therapy mega moisture as pretty much a daily conditioner......mostly on the ends so I don't weigh down my hair. Volume is always an issue with my straight/fine hair.
