I'm newly registered to the forum, but I have been reading the info posted for about two months, and I must say the information has been extremely helpful.  I have learned so much.  When I first started transitioning (4 mos ago) my short hair was so hard and dry.  I didn't know what to do.  I found this website by surfing the web.

Thanks to your info on CON washes, deep conditioning, protein treatments, and products to use my hair is so soft, shiny and manageable. I had been relaxing for 21 years ever six weeks consistently and my had had been so thick and beautiful years ago had become so thin, fine and balding.  Not to mention lots of dandruff. Now it is twice as thick and strong.  No shedding and no dandruff at all. I'm luving it.  Thanks to all of you ladies!!
