Does anyone know of any Dominican Salons in North Carolina? If not then what would be the equivalence of a blowout in a salon run by black people. I'm going to the prom in April but don't plan on getting another relaxer until August. I don't want my style not to look right b/c my roots aren't straight but I'm trying to avoid a relaxer as long as I can.

A blowout would be the perfect thing for you. When my hair was natural, my stylist would blowout my hair so nicely that NO ONE could look at it and tell it wasn't a relaxer.
