You can re-use them but most stylist who install GL don't seem to want to because they can make a lot of money by charging you for new hair |

I think if you want to reuse them, you have to send the hair back to the company to put their keratin tip on them (for a fee, of course) and then they send it back. So in the meantime, you are without hair.
