I have a opened a new salon. I live in a very rural area. I am the only extenionist in a 45 mile radius. My salon is very different from all of the salon's around. I have done several people in surrounding area. They can come to me to get them cheaper than in the larger areas. For example, my best friend does them 50 miles from me in a much larger town and charges 800 -1200 per install. I only charge $70-$110 per ounce installed. I have twice as much business as she does. I have yet to build my business from people in my home town. What can I do to build the business locally? It almost prom time and pageants here are huge. Perfect time to build> |
