Hi, I'm only 20 but since my father's side of family has baldness I'm afraid of getting bald too, I'm not sure but I think I have a bit less hair density just where parting begins. My hair seems also weaker than it used to but I don't notice any huge fall out, actually my hair doesn't fall that much... I'm depressed sometimes, I don't sleep much and I don't workout.. I take vitamins(centrum) if that's relevant. I know this is not very healthy but I just want to know if it has a major impact on hair or not. My hair is very important to me, I don't want to get bald in the near future |

It probably does have an impact. If you get exercise and sleep
more, you will see an improvement in your hair. One multivitamin a day
is good for you and your hair. If you want to know if you will inherit hair loss, look at your mother's brothers, not your father's side.
