Ive used something similar basically most hair food type products are the same and if it has vitamin E it will help with hair growth/strengthening. Basically hair food helps with manageability, softness, adds shine, conditions scalp and hair, and nourishes the hair. -------------

Yeah to me its an ok product...It basically doese what carrot cream does but carrot cream Gives you more moisture which is especially great when youve just washed your hair. -------------

I cant really tell u cop it or not to cuz its a case sensitive thing if u feel u need somthin like that go ahead I use somethin similar cuz I dont use carrot everyday I switch between the 2 every other day.
