I received a product called Velvasil for an upcoming Plastikhaar install and decided to give it a test on human hair even though it's advertised for synth. Yow! I've been using it for about a week. Just a light mist each day and it leaves hh super smooth, no wet look, no build-up, and a great fresh fragrance. It also completely cured that cold weather static problem.

Velvasil 8oz Ok, so does this name sound kinda funky to only me? When I first read it I thought you were talking about Vagisil. Glad the product is great though, I'll have to try it out!! |

it reminds me a lot of the product prostyles supply for their synthetic pro hair. any product thats silicone based is good on human hair as it is a lubricant ooh err!!!! ------------- xxx Leanne |

Hey AMM, Is there any danger of buildup with long term use? I have always found that is the biggest concern. ------------- That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-) |

Do you think it might work on the cheaper HH's? I just ordered some from Ebonyline. It's 22-24 inch HH on a weft for $50 so I know its not going to be great hair but if we could find a good product to use on cheaper HH that would be cool.
