I've been reading threads and I see a few people talking about "trained hair"..what exactly is trained hair and how do you get it? I pretty much use the H20 method, then carrot cream and let's jam (orange top) then brush it and du-rag...are these steps right for trained hair?

Your hair is trained when you dont have to worry about losing waves and when you hair lays down without having to use products for hold, also when you can break your wave pattern and not lose waves and be able to restore your waves.
