ive read through many of the posts/instructions about using Protac, it seems really easy...but i am wondering: what are the tiny holes in the protac for? (sorry if that ends up being a really silly question !)

I wondered the same thing. I think maybe to help it "breathe" or
something, so stuff doesn't get trapped under the tapes, i don't know!
Interesting huh?

i was wondering if you were maybe to pull a bit of real hair through a hole or two it would make it a little more secure, with a microring maybe......anyway, i havent even done my first install and im already mentally planning the next one :)

I think it would be really hard to get hair through those holes.  The tape is very sticky and the holes are really small.

the holes are for air; the tape is sold as a breathable tape similar to medical tapes that are worn for catheters, and in ostomy cases.

once you pull the backing off the tape it would be impossible to pull hair through those holes

If you do try to pull the hair through the holes, let us know how it goes.
