I am not sure, but I think it's more about personal preference than
anything else.

I currently have both types in my head right now.  It depends on what texture of the Bohyme and the indian hair you purchase.  If you get the virgin indian remy hair, it will definitely be smoother and softer than most Bohyme textures.  So you really have to determine what will match your texture the best.  I have rk hair in number 2 and Bohyme textured smooth in number 2 right now.  Both were applied with s*** thingies.  The rk hair was keratin pretipped, and the Bohyme I had to pretip with LG and nail glue.  I am getting the same amount of tangling from both.  But neither one of them is shedding, so I'm please not to have a hair rug in my bathroom every day.  For the price, I will probably buy the rk pretipped again, because the price wasn't bad $10 for 25 strands, and less hassle not having to pretip all that hair.  The only thing is, the strands are skinny, so I fused two of them together to make one decent strand.

I prefer Indian hair.  It's more versatile.

Thanks! Do you think one last longer then the other?

In my experience with using bith types of hair.  Indian hair lasts so much longer and does not shed as much as Bohyme.

1. Indian hair

2. (Close second) Bohyme

If I knew anything about bleaching I might try to bleach some indian hair myself....but I dont know squat...The RK indian hair that I used in #613 was AWFUL. I probably shouldnt base my opinion on one bad experience, but for #613 Ill stick with Bohyme over Indian!

I like the Bohyme way better. Less tangly and coarse.

Love your dog Hairheaven!

sherrie215 is right.  If you need light colors then Bohyme is better over Indian.  I only use colors #1b to #4 so Indian hair is perfecto para me.

elvira- Your dog looks so well behaved and like a total sweetheart.  I love dogs so much I would adopt/buy a lot, but it wouldn't be fair to my two brats ;)

Some of the Bohyme brands are coarser than Indianhairs but IMO, the bohyme hair is still fine and isn't a perfect match for black women 4a/b.  The closest match to 4a that I've found is BSS yaki but we all know the problems with that.  But Bohyme is good.  You can put like one track of BSS yaki at the hairline and Bohyme everywhere else.

Well i've just received some indian hair and although i've not installed it just yet i already love it more than bohyme and that's even after bleaching and toning to my colour.

When i first received the indian hair (today) it was so soft and silky and curls beautifully once washed.
