I co wash once a week and shampoo and deep condition once a week. I may start deep conditioning 2x a week for faster growth.  I was wondering how often do you con wash and deep condition your hair?  Do you see faster growth by doing it more?

I Condition wash once a week and deep condition once a week after I use shampoo. I think I see retained growth from this. But I think nourishing my hair twice a week overall results and faster growth as opposed to when it was just once a week.

Honeydoo I do the exact same thing.  Condition Wash on Tuesdays and Shampoo Wash and deep Condition on Fridays.  The only difference is put a mixture of conditioner, olive oil, castor oil, and honey on my scalp and newgrowth before I wash on Fridays.  Something like a Pre-Poo Treatment and leave it on for at least 15 min before I wash.  I haven't been following this routine long enough to notice any difference as far as growth.

I CO Wash 2-3 times a week and Deep Condition 1-2 times a month. I used to CO Wash just once a week, and my hair growth rate remained the same which was 1/2 inch to 3/4 of an inch per month. Since I've been CO Washing more often my hair growth rate has increased to 1 inch per month.
