OK like i said mango butter is gone :( so now im using optimum oil therapy hair and scalp quencher by shoft sheen but im not sure about the ingrdients there isnt any minerla oil or petroleum thankfully but what about threse ingrdients:

 

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride , Isopropyl Myristate , Elaeis Guineensis/Palm Oil , C18-36 Acid Triglyceride , Paraffin , C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate , Cyclopentasiloxane , Olea Europaea Olive Fruit Oil , Simmondsia Chinensis Jojoba Seed Oil , Cocos Nucifera Coconut Oil , Persea Gratissima Avocado Oil , Parfum Fragrance , Propylparaben , BHT , Butylphenyl Methylpropional , Amyl Cinnamal , Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde , Benzyl Salicylate , Limonene , Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone , Citronellol , 2-Oleamido-1,3 Octadecanediol

are these ok?

Paraffin is mineral oil.

They look ok to me.  I learned something new.....I didn't know paraffin was mineral oil.  I guess I need to re-read my products now *faints also*.

well great now ive spent 3 dollars on something that is bad for my hair whyyyyyyyyyyyyy ok im oooook .....

Yeah, it's a mixture of both mineral oil and petroleum (mineral jelly)...I still don't understand whats bad about mineral oil...If the products work for you, then I would discontinue the use of it. But that's just me.

it block moisture form getting into your hair of course i have often asked things just cant stay on your hair forever matter breaks down i mean wont even mineral disapate or break down after a while?

Yeah, it is. Paraffin Oil = Mineral Oil. Paraffin oil is also in MTG so if you are afraid of mineral oil, you might not ever want to try it, even when they come out with a human version.

I love me some mineral oil though.

I love me some mineral oil though.

Ok, I learned something new.  I'm not scared to use mineral oil though, I just saw a lot of improvement when I stopped using products (especially moisturizers and oils) that had mineral oil and petrolatum in it so I try to stay away from it if possible.  Some of my conditioners still have it and I won't stop using them.
