Just because your ends are FRIZZY does that necessairly mean they could be potentially damaged? I'm Sorry Yall!

I don't think so.  I had frizzy ends.....well my whole head is frizzy, but it wasn't damaged.  Just find yourself some good lighting and look at your ends (each individual hair), if you see splits or weak ends it's damaged, if you don't then I think you're good to go.

You know, that was a good question Picklegeuse.  I have wondered that myself.  Unless my hair is smooth (usually from a flat iron)  I think it is unhealthy looking.  Yeah, I do have DRY hair so I do have to be extra careful about my ends.
