hey, well i have a question, my hair is kinda thick, and its used to flipping UNDER, not out. now, is there a technique or something i can do to make my hair look like this guys:
the best i got my hair to look was like this, and i had to wear a hat, and put a lot of hairspray in there. isn't there anything easier i can do?? any suggestions? especially with the bangs, how do i get the bangs to flip up?

This one is really simple to acheive. All you need is a medium size barrel curling iron. You do it on dry hair and will have to experiment with how much time to hold the hair in place. Just curl in the up direction. try to use small bits of hair at a time - not large chunks as it won't curl. ------------- |
