Okay my hair is just a little bit below my shoulders, and I am taking hair vitamins and Vivacal.

Has anyone here had any luck with such products?

My hair grows quite fast as it is. I want to see how far it can go by summer!

Wish me luck!! I appreciate any tips or stories from experience!!

Hello,

I don`t know if vitamins really help but I can not say the opposite. Currently I use hair skin and nails, something that is called pantovigar and if I find it multivitamins. The hair grows friendly about at least 1 cm a month and hair loss seems to be reduced to some single hairs I find each morning in the sink and in the bathtub. I hope that emotions for hair help a little bit, every feeling has it`s equivalent in chemical reactions (maybe help for the hair on this way is only a dream, but the hair still holds it`s color).
