Salads, yum...Almost every day I prepare a "side" salad to have with dinner. Ingredients: Romaine lettuce, shredded Cucumber slices, quartered Carrot, peeled and sliced Grape tomatoes "Seven Seas" (tm) Italian dressing prepared with EVO Parmesan cheese, sprinkled Mix and enjoy. Asian Cabbage Chicken salad: shredded cabbage
shredded chicken
crushed peanuts
cilantro
finely sliced green onions
Annie's sesame sh*take salad dressing or some other soy-sauce dressing. -------------

SIMPLE SALAD
chopped lettuc
diced tomatoes
sliced red onions
a little olive oil (a
little lemon juice(b
salt(c
a little bit of flax seed
1 avocado diced
*optional:1 hard boiled egg diced
for a,b,&c mix in a cup till it tastes right
combine rest of ingredinets and pour dressing
