stuck on a certain weight now, and need something to jump start myself again.  Any body have a suggestion or sure way to lose 5 pounds in a week to help me?  I have lost about 70 pounds so far, and am stuck on this weight for a while now. 

It is very discouraging.  Feel fat...and depressed now.
