Set/roll your hair. When the hair is dry carefully take out the rollers and spary. Now you can leave the curls as is. Make sure you roll the hair neatly. Get a friend to help. Now you have a few options you can leave the well formed curls as is or mess them up gently with your finger. DO NOT Brush the curls out. Leave a headful of curls. I tried this once.
