Can i color my hair tonight if I am getting an install tomorrow of fusion pretipped hair?  I would be coloring a dark brown. It is med brown now.

Does anyone know what the ez fusion nail tips from shrinkies are made of? Is it Keratin bond?

I had extensions for 11 weeks. I just finished removing all my other extensions and a lot of the bonds had about 10 or more of my hairs attached and about 2-3 on each bond with root tips Is this normal shedding?

Yes, you can color before the service because you can't for at least 48 hours. Have you contacted Amanda? PM her she will answer that for you, I don't wanna say they are and then they aren't. Yes you are going to have some shedding, don't panick, now the bond with the root tips leave me a little concerned.Just be careful with taking those extensions out.

yea i was concerned about the root tips on every megahair bond. The hair dreams bonds were impossible to tell if they had root tips they were crushed so much when they came out. The megahair bonds were thick so maybe it was too much weight. I emailed shrinkies and have not received the answer yet that is why i decided to ask here.

You just emailed this morning. C'mon.

They're polyester-based. They require a higher heat than keratin and do not goop, string, or roll like keratin either. They also do not respond like keratin in the removal. Instead of a lot of white powder, they turn soft under the pliers, slip out of the hair and there is clean up to do like all fusion removals. You've done a test strand on a training head?

In regard to your question about cutting them - I wouldn't and don't. The bond is small enough once it's installed.

amm sorry did not mean to imply that you were not going to reply to me, i was just trying to find out quickly since I had such a hard time getting out hair dreams bonds. i tested a strand and could not remove it so I may ask my extensionist to cut the hair off pretip and tip herself today. I hope this is ok
