Ok everyone. Here's my problem. I have relaxed hair that's about 1.5-2
inches from BSL (bra strap length). When I'm not at the dominican
salon, I do it myself-blw drying and ceramic ironing. I want to
try long loose curls, but I have no clue how to maintain them without
applying heat daily to touch-up. And I only do heat when i wash
it. PLEASE HELP! I need variety in my life

You could try making a few pin curls, or just make a loose high pony, and cover with a satin bonnet or silk scarf. It works.

You could also use soft rollers and tie it up at night.

what are soft rollers? if you mean foam rollers, they make the curls come out too tight, unless i'm just doing it wrong...

I wet wrap my hair and put it in a tight bun (kinda like a big bantu knot) at night and it comes out in very loose curls/waves. No heat is required. I don't know if this is the kind of look your going for but I have pics of it in my fotki under Wavy/Curly.
