For 3 weeks now I stopped the "spray each section a moment b4 i iron it method" lol of use when i flat iron,, and i have seen an improvement in the health of my ends,, i think that when it sizzled like bacon frying i was creating bubble hair  
becuz i sprayed so heavily that the hair was "wet "with the silicones and i think any moisture in the hair b4 putting a flat iron to it is very harmful,, i have really seen less breakage and my hair is generally looking healthier,, again im not positive that I can attribute this to less spraying or the Pantene conditioner i've been using for 2 weeks mixed with my NTM,, im not totally sure but i just thought id holler since I've used this new method of spraying all over my hair at once and working it through for several weeks now  ------------- Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED |

good tip. i flat iron most of the time since my hair is weaved up and it has to blend well so what i do -i make sure that i towel dry my hair and keep it damp a little bit and then i follow up w/ the flat iron. aaaw im so glad i helped someone about that ,, my hair has been improving since i began this method and its looking so much fuller,, happily i look like me again,, instead of stringy and flat and straight which is pretty but isnt me ------------- Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends!
