Indian newsreader and reporter Smriti Rao, who was earlier with
Headlines Today (HT) and now with NDTV, seems to be growing out her
hair. Her HT days pic:  A recent, longer and more elegant one:  And a latest one, which clearly emphasises the trend:  Though there may not much style in it, or she may not look very pretty here, she's one of the most popular newsreaders, primarily because of her delivery style and very very sweet voice. Well it would be nice to see someone bucking the the same old style of talking head do. Most outside the US do.
