Hi everyone,

I am looking for answers if there are any hair dressers out there:  I had my hair highlighted last week by my regular hairdresser and it turned out great - but just a little too much blond in my bangs.  She usually adds a few very small lowlights to break up the blonde but didn't and now they have faded and look like orange streaks mixed with the blonde.  I made an appointment to come back and ask for just a few lowlights just in my bangs but I don't want to make her mad.  The salon won't charge me to get it redone and it should only take about 30mins, I will also tip her again.  My question is - Do stylists get pissed off when they have to "fix something small"  I paid $150 and am not completely happy, but would be if I got it fixed.  She also knows how picky I can be. What do you think?

It's been my experience that hairdressers want you to be happy with your hair.  If you're someone who is always nit-picking and can never be happy, that's one thing... but if something truly doesn't look good, they generally want to correct the problem.  How your hair looks is a reflection of their work!  They don't want you walking around looking like a fool - it's bad for business.

Well, they ought not get mad! We pay them top dollar for what they do. They ought to get it right or be willing to fix it if it's not. Anyway, I'm sure they don't/won't get mad ... unless they're unprofessional and I would't continue to go to a person who was.
