ok so after a ton of writting back and forth and arguing and alot of stupid bullpoop finally I am getting these damn extensions out of my hair tomorrow morning!! as well as getting my money back. Then I plan to go to my new fav hair salon and get my hair dyed and cut in some funky way to try and salvage some good feelings about this whole mess. My question is though, can I dye my hair right after having extensions taken out?? Like on sunday could I dye it???

Im very suprised that they changed their mind and are giving you a refund...but thats great that you are getting your money back. Just make them be careful when removing your extensions. If you feel ANY pulling, tell them....make them BE GENTLE.

Yes you can dye your hair after taking the extensions out. I take mine out, color and then put them back in!

I assume they gave me the refund because they were told that they would be reported to the better business bureau

yayyy!! good news chick!! hope this doesnt put you off extensions cos there are some fantastic extensionists out there, its just a shame you had to encounter one of the bad ones!! good luck with your new hairdo!!

WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO I have my hair back again!! thank the lord, and the stylist was actually really nice so it wasn't too bad, AND she left a few pieces in the sides so it looks kinda punkish and when i get my hair coloured my colour girl is going to do something funky, dying those long pieces a different colour. So all's well that ends well i guess!

Well I am glad that it all worked out for you!!  It's too bad you had to go to such lengths to get good customer service, it should never be that hard.

Anyways, I hope that you don't give up on extensions, read up on pro-tac installs, I bet that you could do it and have a wonderful FULL head of extensions!!!

I would love to see your new cut and color!
