Relaxer suggestion?

Hey ya'll... anyone have a suggestion on a VERY good relaxer? My hair type is a type 3b (i think?)  and quite curly. It takes me a good 45 minutes to blow dry and straighten my hair, but its so soft when its finally straight.

I would love to have wide waves in my hair, and no more frizz. it seems like if i ever let my hair dry without product, or with only a little bit of product in it, the curls seperate when drying, and turn frizzy. ugh.

Anyway, any suggestions are great! Thanks!
