What is the difference between "demi-permanent" and "semi-permanent"?  Also, I've heard that you can't put permanent dye over hair that has been dyed with henna dyes, but why is this?  Thanks, just curious.

demi-permanent lasts longer than semi.  As far as henna, I'm not sure exactly why, but I'm sure it has something to do with the way the henna attaches to the hair...you can always google-it though :)

Ohh... thanks.  I was thinking maybe people were mistyping "semi" as "demi" but then I saw some "demi-permanent" color at Sallys lol, thanks for clearing that up.
