im a young black teenage male and im lookin for a good shampoo and conditioner for my hair. im tryin to grow my hair to get dreads by the way and im lookin for shampoo/conditioner to keep my healthy so it can grow. i use this shampoo called suave naturals and when im done washin my hair, my becomes all dry and stuff. i want my hair to not become dry and rough, so whats the best shampoo and conditioner i can use? is there certain ingriedients i should look for in the shampoo/conditioner? also if u have any other hair care stuff that i can do to keep my hair healthy please tell me. any help would be appreciated

Try Aussie shampoo and conditioner or liquid castile soap ( http://www.drwoodsproducts.com - www.drwoodsproducts.com ) as shampoo and aussie 3 min miracle as your conditioner. Hope this helps.

Well, I've gone back to Creme of Nature for Dry/Damaged hair.

It makes my hair so soft that a conditioner really seems optional.
