So i got my hair dyed by a professional salon i've been going to for years....and this isnt the first time i've dyed it....problem is everytime i wash my hair this time i'm seeing color being washed out too....THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!!! I'm worried that if i keep washing my hair color is going to fade a HUGE amount since its washing out.

Is it really washing out? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO HELP!!!

This is probably normal, some colour staining comes off your scalp and off the cuticle this is normal , especially if it is a dark or red colour , I wouldn't worry about it. I always advice clients of this happening and not to worry about it.

Hope this helps.

Karen

Yeah but this has been bleeding for like 3 days now!!! I mean i could understand maybe one....

And i dyed my hair the same color last time and this didn't happen.

Is that still normal 3 or more days?

well it is pretty normal, was it a different brand you used maybe. Is you hair very porous maybe, this can cause the colour to slid off your hair, how does the colour look on your hair , is it fading.

I've only had bleeding that bad with temporaries.  If yours isn't meant to be temporary and it's still bleeding, it could be a problem.

I had that happen a lot when I was doing "red."

Also - the more damaged my hair was the more color bled out.  The hair just couldn't hold the red as well.
