yeah you can use it if it doesn't hurt but the soft is better for when your hair is low helps with connection and straghtening.

i moisturize my hair about 3 times a day i use scurl spray and gel when i go out. -------------

just brush until your hair get thick, then cut it half way. The key to getting started is brushing in the shower thats how i got mine to start,   |
