does it have to be blown out or in a fro or something like that to get braided? cuz my hair is like 2 - 3 inches n natural, meanin it still nappy i havent done nothin to it, can they braid it just like tha

I know I'm late, but when you go to whoever does your hair they may blow it out or not, but they should. -------------

No blowing it out means using a blow dryer to straighten it. -------------
