I installed with protac, cut to 1/2 thickness for the top 2 rows, and secured with extra liquid gold on the underside.  Held like a charm

I love your hair its gorgeous,

I also love the size of the bathroom mirror.  Here in the UK in our homes your lucky if you get one quarter of that size.  Or none at all.  You only get them that size in these big UK posh hotels.

And you got  electric sockets in the bathroom!! Great idea, here we dont have electric sockets in bathrooms so all the drying of hair has to be done elsewhere, well it is in my house. lol

Stunning Hair!!!

this is exactly the pic i needed to inspire me to install my indian hair i've had sitting around for awhile now - how long is your own hair now kalika? it blends so well, and the dark really suits you. the hair looks great after 5 weeks, love the curl.

you are looking fit! i remember the pic of you holding up some indian hair - can i ask what exercise you are doing nowadays? you look really toned.

thanks for the pic!

Hey, when do your pictures come out?????

And you got  electric sockets in the bathroom!!

It's pretty much a standered here, although I hate how this one was built into the actual mirror itself.

how long is your own hair now kalika?

About 6 inches long now, it's grown out into this shaggy, hipster/emo thing.

can i ask what exercise you are doing nowadays? you look really toned.

God bless you .  I do cardio for 30 - 45 minutes on monday's, wednesday's and friday's, I do weight training on tuesday's (legs & abs), thursday's (arms & back) and a quickie on Saturdays (just abs).  I take sunday off.  And this is in addition to the work I do as a dancer.  I've gone from 138lbs to 110 this past year.  I'm a smoker though, so I still cant run for sh*t

how often do u shampoo this hair?

Twice a week, and I blowdry the roots and under the weft's to keep them from getting gooey (and, as with any track-based method, if water gets trapped it could cause a bad smell, and even molding.  Can be avoided with a simple 10 minute blowdry to the roots when you get out of the shower)

Hey, when do your pictures come out?????

Shoot, as soon as I know, you will.  Getting any sort of communitation, or even a copy of the photos, has been like pulling teeth.

Wow. First of all (not taking any of the modern bathroomscape into consideration), you look like a Pre-Raphaelite painting of an 18th century goddess (who just so happens to be using her Gold's Gym membership!).

Second, the hair is seamless & just gorgeous on you. Dontcha love it when it's that long and swings around?

Great install!

And I thought the last time I saw pics you looked much fitter. Thanks for sharing your work out plan.Sounds pretty effective to me.I'm right with you working my ass off literally.I know I have been doing cardio for 1 hour five days a week. And light weight training in between. I just I have as good as results as you do.

Amm: , you crack me up!  And yeah, I just feel much sexier when I have all that hair pouring down my back.  Im sure a feminest just rolled over in her grave somewhere

LongHairDreams:  I'll be straight up, whoever said losing weight is easy is a goddamn liar.  I worked hard for every pound.  They say the last few pounds are the hardest but thats not true so much as, you end up changing your goal.  At first my goal was 120.  I got to that, but I still wasnt happy, so I changed to 115.  Same thing.  Now Im at 110, and although Im finally happy with my weight, I wanna tone up more.  I think it just feels like the last few are the hardest because your ideals will change along with it.

OH, and one more thing, it took me almost three months of working out religiously before I even started losing weight.  Takes a while for your body to adjust.

ANd dont forget, playing with your kitty is a great way to tone up those arms

(Although it looks like Im torturing him, he whines for me to pick him up and play with him, and nothing makes him happier then swatting at the vines)

(Yeah I know my hair looks icky, it was like 3am so I didnt care)

God,you couldnt be more right about losing weight. Its extremely hard work.Plus its hard to keep going when the changes are so subtle.I'm just starting to see changes and I've been working out like this for a month.

The kitty's cute. They definitely make good weights.......

Especially when they weigh 10 lbs.lol.And he's just a baby.

I have another cat too.I could see them using that rack as a perch.lol

I really think this is true also.  I have been running 5 times a week for 3 miles a day and though I feel firmer and lost inches I am still the same weight.  What is with this???? People even tell me I look thinner but the scale still is the same.  Went down a size in clothing, but the scale is the same?  Any insight?  Maybe I need a new scale Big smile  This aside I must say your hair looks just beautiful and it really suits your whole style.  BRAVO!!!!

Muscle weigh's more then fat, and your body "shifts" weight around when youve been excersizing.  Thats why you can get a smaller stomach, and more toned legs/arms/whatever, but still weigh the same.

Personally Im trying to build my butt up LOL
