Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get Kérastase products with the lowest prices?  Also, how do I know which line to get?  My hair is chemically processed, both with color and japanese thermal reconditioning.  It's looking a bit lifeless right now, and a bit dry as well.  I would like some volume, so should I go with the green line?  Or should I try to refresh my color and go for the pink line?  Can I mix and match?  Bottom line is, I want healthy hair with a nice color (which is starting to fade).  What to do?

Thanks a bunch in advance.

I got mine on eBay. I use the "green" line and the "orange" line and I mix them -- sure  you can. Without looking at the Kerastase Web site I wouldn't know what to recommend to you; however, using a protein conditioner will cause your color to fade -- something to do with the size of the molecules and pushing out the color molecule. My colorist confirmed it. I'm just passing the info on. I never know what the heck to believe. I'm always skeptical.

I know, it's so hard to know exactly what's best for your hair.  One hairstylist will tell you one thing, while another may say something else.  I guess the key is to find a good hairstylist and trust your instincts from time to time.  My hair is not in such bad shape, it just looks a bit lifeless and I believe it's mostly because the color has faded.  I think I'm going to try the pink line, for color treated hair.  And also for deep conditioning I might try Age Recharge from the green line.  Hopefully I can get the best of both worlds.  I do need to refresh my color though, but since I feel my hair is a bit fragile right now, I'd rather treat it first until it's healthy enough to color without further damaging it.  Thank you so much Alayney for your response.  Hopefully my hair will be in tip top shape in no time.
