Hi, I'm new to these boards and I thought I'd come her for advice. I'm trying to grow longer hair than I have before, and this is the style I would like.

I want it like Brad Pitt's (on the right). How do I go about this with the lady that cuts my hair? I don't know if it's long enough to do anything with yet. What should I tell her? I plan on showing her the photo, but do I need to tell her anything else?

Your link is broken. I took a copy of it and pasted it and now it works. Yes, I know that look. Brad's movie was based on year 1985 and he had that longer cool look.
Your question is quite stupid 'cos you already told the answer - show her/him a picture. Then the process starts. It may take a couple a month if your hair is not long enough. You should also buy products and learn to create that look. Hint: use blow-dryer.
