Ive seen a couple of asian girls and guys with this sort of frizz fro, I really dont know how to explain it and its driving my mad trying to find a picture..

If some one could please point out what 'term' this style is I could explain it to a hair dresser.
Im asian in Australia english is pretty much main for me, so I need to make it clear to the hair dresser that i go with. also im not sure if this is like a korean or japanese style?
 
Dont mean to sterotype this topic as a hip hop asian frizz, but its commonly where i see this sort of style, your input would really help. thank you

its just a perm really to make it afroish and curlish. korean and japanese have almost the same kind of hairstyle. although japanese is bit crazy with the manga or anime style hair.
hey both are like top asian country where people dye their hair the most. just bring a picture, the stylsit will understand..hopefully.
