You might be able to get a snap on braid from somewhere.
Or if you are brave why not try hair extensions and get a real braid.
Just curious - what will you be wearing costume wise?

Thanxx for your suggestions! Mabe i'll do the hairextention thing if it is not too expensive. Can i get them out after the party? Or do i have to walk whith them until half a year after. The party is somwhere at the end of summer so i have lots of time to figure all out and collect stuff. I 'm even thinking about shaving my legs. Anyway it has to be as real as possible.
The outfit is like on this picture.

Well Lara,
If it has to be as real as possible then hair extensions are the way to go! You don't want your braid falling out or coming loose do you? that's a chance with a clip on. And maybe some of the girls at the party might get an inclination to tug at it anyway and see if its really attached to your head or not. They'll get a surprise too when they find it doesn't come off. Kudos to you!
Not sure on the expense side, but if you go for artificial rather than human hair extensions I think these are cheaper.
Not sure how quick you can take the extensions back out, but its not months for sure. You may need to go back to the salon where they put them in to get them removed. I think they braid them into your own hair and then glue them so they won't come loose. You will need to get the glue reheated so they can remove them again.
Is the party on a Saturday? If so, then you will have to wear them for at least a couple of days.
I like the costume. Nice pic. Is that a micro skirt or lycra shorts?

I guess its a lycra short. I hope it looks just as curved on me as it looks on her, im afraid i have to do some exercises on my belly haha. My sister likes the idea very much she's willing to help me with the hairdo and make up. She has this idea to do a french braid if i woud go for extentions.

Oh and if you go to the site, you could even post a pic of being a Lara lookalike when you do this. Maybe you'd come back and share a link to here.
