I've been experimenting with scalp massages for a couple of months by doing them once every two days for ten minutes before bed and scritching afterwards and massaging quickly whenever I have time. My flyaways are getting longer and I'm growing another layer of flyaways lower than where my hairline was beforeConfused. I'm quite pleased at this as my hairline was quite high and a bit peaky but I'm also confused. Is it the scalp massages or something else?

Hmmm -- that's cool! I've been wondering about this - may have to try it.

Amazing.  I may give it a try as well.  I'm fighting the regression upwards -- so far, fairly well, I think... Unhappy

It's really encouraging to hear that HFO Clap

I have been scalp massaging every night now for about a week (since I got my special hair oil in the mail).  I am hoping that it will decrease shedding, but time will tell.Ermm

I don't know if it is possible to attribute good growth/less shedding to any one thing.  There are so many variables, both internal and external, that make it really hard.   But if you are seeing good results, then keep doing what you are doing and generally taking good care of you and your hair.

PS: What are you massaging with?

I just use my hands to massage. If my scalp isn't producing enough oil then I use  tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil on my finger tips.

No, you're fine, SpecialKitty!  Don't you dare remove that beautiful sig pic... unless you want to replace it with another one.  Wink

There was nothing wrong with it, IMO.  Maybe fatmoogas just needs to move out of Bahrain so he can finally get high-speed internet access. Tongue LOL

So how tall does a sig have to be to fit in the signature field without creating a scroll effect?

Hi Anais,

Ya know, I'm not sure... I just noticed that some are doing that scrolling effect.  I noticed Tyranna's sig pic doing that, but her pic is not as tall as mine, and I haven't noticed my sig pic scrolling.  Hmm... I swear it's not a moderator privilege. Confused

I think Rini said something about the file size affecting scrolling.......

I think it's also the browser.. when I used Firefox, everything scrolled. And this is IE and nothing does.
